Dahab Surf can help you to organise all (or any part) of your holiday at local prices without any hidden costs or service charges. If you have any questions at all about the following prices please do not hesitate to contact us. All prices are in EUROS.
Dahab Surf will require a small deposit prior to your arrival in Dahab. This is to ensure the booking and will be deducted from the remaining cost of your holiday which can be paid when you are in resort. We do not add any service charges or hidden costs to the local prices which are available in Dahab.
Please note that the Harry Nass Surf Centres do not take credit/visa cards although the hotels do have this facility. Once you are in Egypt the only currency you are able to withdraw from banks are Egyptian Pounds. However you can pay in any currency if you bring this from your country of origin.
FLIGHTS
The nearest airport to Dahab is Sharm el Sheikh which is 1 hour and 15 minutes away although it is also possible to fly into Taba which is 2 hours 30 minutes away. Most people choose to fly into Sharm el Sheikh. Flights are bookable at your own convenience although we are happy to search all available flights for you from your prefered departure airport.
TRANSFERS
We would recommend you book your transfer with 'Esama Tours' who has been associated with the Harry Nass Centres for several years. Esama has the correct licence, M.O.T and insurance as per Egyptian law and is very friendly and reliable. His 8 or 4 seater taxis are comfortable and air-conditioned. The following prices are one-way. Please double the cost for the return journey. If you prefer to fly into Taba please double the prices again.

ACCOMODATION
A selection of accomodation can be viewed under 'Hotels' on the left navigation bar. This will give you an insight into what is available. The cost of accomodation is variable according to choice of hotel, room type and high/low season. Please contact us with your preferences so we can send you the hotel prices and confirm availability. If you would prefer alternative accomodation we would be happy to discuss this.

Once you have booked your board it is fixed for the duration of your stay and no other person will have use of this. However the Harry Nass Centres have a maximum capacity policy so they always stock 350 boards for a maximum of 150 guests - this means there is plenty if leeway should you wish to take a different board during your stay. These will not cost any more to use as long as they are within the same catagory for example Full Wood Sandwich. If you would like to upgrade for example from Full Wood Sandwich to Pro Edition then you must pay the difference according to the above price list. We cannot tell you until you arrive in resort which boards other than your fixed board is available for use.
The use of sails is included with board hire. You can change your sail as many times as you like during the day to suit your ability and the conditions.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for providing your own holiday insurance taking into account 3rd person liability if you are windsurfing. Both Harry Nass Centres offer an optional equipment insurance which you can buy upon arrival which will cover you for any board or sail damages/board or kite damages (except fins or hitting the video towers).
EXTRAS
Wetsuits, harnesses and boots can all be hired upon arrival at the centre for 25 euros
ROB HORNE WINDSURF CLINICS
Absolute beginners are offered a special package for 5 days x 2 hours at 160 euros including equipment during lesson time. If beginners would like to sail outside of the lesson time they can hire equipment for 90 euros per week.
Intermediate and advanced courses are available for 5 days x 1.5 hours at 150 euros excluding equipment.
HARRY NASS KITESURF CLINICS
Kiting courses are available from beginner to advanced for 1 - 5 days x 2 hours. One session costs 85 euros, 2 sessions cost 170 euros and it is 40 euros for every additional day thereafter.
